Shipping & FAQ

One of our main priorities is to minimise waste and our footprint on the earth so all our backdrops are made to order. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed and be mindful that this time can increase in busy periods, sale periods or when we have public holidays. 

How long will it take my background to arrive?

We will always strive to have your parcel to you as quickly & safely as possible. Please note COVID-19 has placed immense pressure on our couriers and this can cause some delays. Also please be aware that during busy peak seasons/sales delivery times may vary.

AUSTRALIA

Please note this is an indication of shipping times only and does not include the timeframes we require to process your order. Please allow extra time during busy holiday periods, unpredictable weather events, public holidays or when we are having sales.

NSW/VIC - 3-6 Business days.

SA/TAS/NT - 4-7 Business days.

WA - 7-14 Business days.

USA

Do you offer Express Shipping?
We currently provide Express Shipping for AUS orders only - please email contact@everydayco.com.au to organise.
If you are overseas and require an urgent order please email us contact@everydayco.com.au

 

Can i pick up my order in person?

We are only able to update your address if your order hasn't been dispatched already. Please contact us immediately if you require it to be changed and to avoid your parcel been sent to the incorrect address. If your address details are incorrect the courier will return your order to us and we will have to book a new delivery. The customer will be responsible for any fees and charges when booking additional deliveries.
