Processing times
Our backdrops & props are shipped from two different locations and will be sent at different times.
Backdrops: To avoid minimum wastage we make our backdrops to order and this can take up to 7 business days.
Please note that this timeframe is a guidance only and during peak times, holidays and promotional periods this timeframe can be exceeded.
Props: Most of our photography props are shipped within 48* business hours unless specified. (*Time may vary in peak periods)

AUSTRALIA
QLD/NSW/VIC - 3 to 6 Business days.
SA/TAS/NT - 4 to 7 Business days.
WA - 7 to 14 Business days.
NEW ZEALAND - 5 to 10 business days - this can also vary due to customs.
INTERNATIONAL - 7 to 14 business days - this can also vary due to customs.
