In order to minimise any waste all of our backdrops are made to order and can take up to 7 business days to be processed. Please also allow for extra time during peak holiday periods, new product launches and when we are running promotions. If you require an order urgently please reach out or get in contact for a live update on our processing timeframes.

Processing times
Our backdrops & props are shipped from two different locations and will be sent at different times.
Backdrops: To avoid minimum wastage we make our backdrops to order and this can take up to 7 business days.
Please note that this timeframe is a guidance only and during peak times, holidays and promotional periods this timeframe can be exceeded.
Props: Most of our photography props are shipped within 48* business hours unless specified. (*Time may vary in peak periods)

QLD/NSW/VIC - 3 to 6 Business days.
